Charlie and the chocolate factory performance

The pupils fared well during the performance. They had prepared well for the scenes.  

Things to note

Pupils are required to bring their speech and drama costumes on Monday or Tuesday so that I can keep for them for their Thursday performance. Please label them on the plastic bags.

It will be use your hands campaign on next Wed. Please get your child a pail and rag for cleaning the classroom.      

There will be elearning next Friday. One on English by Mrs Tan Lay Syn and 2 others on Maths by me.  The MT teachers will be assigning homework too.

These MT teachers are not available for parent meeting session as they will be away for overseas Beijing learning journey trips  : Mrs Geraldine Hu, Mr Li Kun Peng and Mdm Min. However, they will still be getting the details ready for the portfolio files.

So sorry for the delay as my home pc doesn't support the new system and I took a long time to fix it.  Presently, the children are using photostory3 software for their ICT project. Pls feel free to download the free software online to practice with your children at home.

Things to bring on 30 Mar Theatre Experience

Pupils are to bring along their sweaters and water bottles.
They will have lunch at 12.30 pm in the canteen.
They will be back between 3.30 to  3.45 pm.

Parents are reminded to make their own transport arrangement as there will be no school bus service.  

Thanks for the support for elearning day

Thanks for all the support given for elearning day. It has been a success with full 100% log-in. Another will come on the last day before the start of Jun holidays.

elearning on next Friday

There will be elearning sessions on next Friday. Pls inform me if you do not have a computer or internet access at home on that day so that I can arrange your child to have the session in the school lab. ic is the username as well as the password. You will need to change the password to learning so as to remember easily.

Things for attention

Show and tell sessions ended smoothly. Please return the signed forms.

Please bring 2 Yakult bottles for art this coming Wednesday. We are going to make maracas.

There will be an English Review 2 and spelling on Week 10. Practical 1 will be conducted in Week 9 with mini-test.

Show and tell Term 1

No speech and drama this week. Will be continued next week.

Starting from Term 1 Week 6 on checking of scripts for show and tell. Checking for grammar, excluding content. Conducting in Week 6 and 7.
